Very friendly. Vegans avoid the pate. - Edit
A good selection of banh mi and rice at this small alley place. Cheap and tasty. Ask for stools to sit in the alley to eat. Down an alley but easy to find.

I found this tiny cute little vegan restaurant by chance. I noticed the banh mi cart outside the little entrance to the family home. Just press the doorbell to the righthand side to get the owner's attention. You can get a vegan banh mi for take away or go inside and eat in the family's kitchen dining area. They have a more extensive menu inside, including noodle and rice dishes
