This little cafe has only 2 dishes for lunch and several desserts, all plant-based.

Read moreI am not usually a savory breakfast fan, but because the cafe had run out of some of the other options for the day, I went for the bowl. I'm so glad I did.
The imitation shrimp or prawns were SO unique and handmade, I was so impressed. The rice was cooked to perfection and the tahini mixed with the vegetables was just scrumptious.
My husband loved the katsu sandwich and indeed the bite I had was SO good.
The staff was very friendly and I wish I could've gone here more than once during our trip.

A quiet minimalist cafe on a quieter back street. I had a double espresso and a cake. Lunch menu might be good but didn't get there.

One of the best vegan restaurant to have lunch in the neighborhood and I go there regularly since it opened. The food is fresh and everything is home-made. They regularly change their menu and it's always delicious and sophisticated. From their brewed coffee to the main course and dessert, everything deserve a go! The owners are as kind as eager to talk about recipes and cooking, and I always love that! The place is not big though, so expect to be a bit packed some days.

While a bit out of the way, the trip was worth it as the food was outstanding. Vegan sandwiches are rich in flavor and nutrition, made from fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the unique flavors presented. Definitely worth visiting again if we return to Lyon
