Myself and fioncè came to find somewhere with a little bit of home but still with the Vietnamese twist. After newly coming to hanoi and experiencing the chaos outside it was a perfect contrast coming into this tucked away cafe/bar with peaceful music all HP themed of course to take a quick rest and relax again. We had a butter beer and a truth serum and bothe were really nice.

Amazing experience for harry potter fans - Edit
Wasn’t expecting such a nostalgia trip during my trip to vietnam with my sister. We got the frozen butterbeer, the polyjuice potion, the egg tart, the vegan cookie (so soft), and the cheese fries. They have lots of boardgames there, we just hung out there for hours! Highly recommend for any fans of the franchise

On my first trip to Hanoi, a friend recommended this coffee shop, and it did not disappoint. The frozen butter beer was excellent, and the whole place felt like stepping back into a Harry Potter world while enjoying a relaxed afternoon snack. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. Too bad I discovered it on my last day, if I had known it was just a few steps away from my hotel, I would have visited several times.

Read moreI would give 5 stars for just this place, anyone who loves Harry Potter will love it here. The setting is nice and cozy, there are nice board games to play and the staff is very friendly.
As a vegan, there are some vegan options but they are actually not labelled, it is just mentioned that ‘most of the menu is vegan-friendly and gluten free’. They serve mostly meat and have only limited vegan food options (only baked goods). The most exciting thing is - as for many - the vegan butterbeer. Again it does not mentions it’s vegan, but it has vegan milk. It’s an interesting drink that you can have alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We had the non-alcoholic one and it wasn’t bad. It’s a bit like brown soda with milk (but in a good way). I guess there are quite some cocktails that are or can be made vegan.
As a vegan, I would say the butterbeer is worth trying, but I wish the place served actual vegan food.
Also the place is mostly frequented by tourists and the vibe is not that great, although the staff is all very friendly.

Not gonna lie - the butterbeer wasn't great for me, I'm not a cream soda fan but the polyjuice potion was really good.
Play a few new board games, ones I've never seen before and had a good time.
