Good vegan cakes - Edit
One of the only places in the center of Perugia that have some (good) vegan cakes - actually muffins (usually carrot cake, banana bread and chocolate). They also have vegan milk options. Nice atmosphere and fresh food :)

Excellent sandwiches - Edit
The sandwiches offered were clearly identifiable as vegan. There aren’t a huge number of vegan options in Perugia and we arrived late afternoon so it was amazing to be able to get food in the late afternoon. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. I really liked mine with caramelised onions. I also had an espresso which was good. We asked if we could later the banana and cacao smoothie to have soy milk which they did and it was one of the better smoothies we have had.

The person spoke English, was very nice and put the menu in English for us.
