Extremely bland - Edit
The friendly staff was the best thing about this place. We ordered a supreme (off the “secret” menu) and it was so bland even salt didn’t help. It’s like they’ve never heard of garlic or oregano. Very disappointing. The pizza supposedly had vegan sausage and in-house-made pepperoni, but we couldn’t taste anything. It was edible because it didn’t have a bad flavor— it was just like it had no flavor at all. Really weird. The crust was nice and crunchy though, so maybe a different kind would be better. We just aren’t willing to risk it to find out, especially when Boots is so reliably delicious. Not a huge fan of the bare concrete floors either, but I could easily have overlooked that if the food had been any good.

I’ve been eating here for years, and it’s always a 10/10 experience. Some of my favorite regular menu items: chix strip basket, chix Caesar salad, hot mess pizza (add fried chix). They often offer limited time menu items, and those always go hard too. You’ll like anything you order here

The Greasiest, Most Unappetizing Pizza I’ve Ever Been Served - Edit
I was excited to try this place out based on how highly my old coworker talked about it, but boy was it disappointing. I ordered the “Spicy Sausage” pizza and “Buffalo Wingz” with ranch. The pizza was so greasy it left almost a full dark circle of grease on the bottom of the box, and when I moved it to the other side and left it overnight—it STILL left a ton of grease. The vegan cheese was also a weird neon yellow color, not appetizing at all. I picked this up right before closing. If they would’ve been open for longer I would’ve brought it back and asked for a refund. Yes, I still ate it—because I wasn’t sure coming back the next day to ask for a refund after having the pizza in my fridge all night would be seen as reasonable, and I didn’t want my money to go to waste. It was edible, but hardly enjoyable. The pizza bread was so thin and had way more cheese than bread. The sesame seed crust was actually delicious. It’s a shame the overall pizza was ruined by an excessive amount of cheese and oil.

I’m not sure if I will give this place another chance.

Hot Mess Pizza Outstanding - Edit
Allie’s is our go-to spot for vegan pizza in Spokane. Our absolute favorite is the Hot Mess Pizza and we order it to-go for many family gatherings. My 98 year-old mother-in-law who has trouble recalling words had been trying to describe what she was craving, but couldn’t find the right words. After several wrong guesses we decided to bring her the Hot Mess Pizza and sure enough that was what she was craving!

We love a fully vegan restaurant but it leaves something to be desired. We got their buffalo nuggets, pepperoni pizza, and a Caesar salad. The dressings were really good and flavorful, the lettuce in the salad was crisp. The nuggets were rubbery and the vegan cheese was gritty. Decently priced though.

Two dishes that ALWAYS hit here: the cheesy onion fries (think In-N-Out animal fries) and the spicy sausage pizza. It took us a while to try the spicy sausage pizza, but it’s our go-to now (and we add more chili crisp at home when needed). We like eating at Allie’s for the same reason we like eating at Boots. Like other reviews have mentioned, sure, the food is a bit bland, but we LOVE a 100% vegan restaurant and believe in voting with our dollar and supporting ethical businesses. The weekly special is usually phenomenal!!

Read moreAlso ordered the Hot Mess pizza based upon reviews, and honestly was a little underwhelmed (although I liked it more cold, the next day on a long car ride home). The flavors were lacking, I definitely would have added more Frank’s hot sauce. Next time I will get a pizza with more vegetables. And I will be back when I visit Spokane.

Spokane isn’t rich in vegan options, so I’m so happy that Allie’s exists. I went to school in Pullman many years ago and I’d make special trips up just to finally have some delicious vegan food.

We got a walnut cranberry salad with feta which was delicious, cheesy breadsticks which were pretty good, and the chic bacon ranch pizza which was sadly bland. It tasted like it needed salt and punchier flavors. The pizza was disappointing but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and order something different!

We tried the chick bacon ranch pizza and honestly felt it was lacking in a bit of flavour. The mac and cheese was amazing though! We would definitely give them another shot to try something else, we might’ve just ordered wrong!

Just up the road from Sacred Heart hospital Spokane, walking distance in fact. Definitely needed a good meal and was not disappointed. As a family we shared the Chix strips, Hot Mess pizza, and bread sticks. We still ended up with left overs for our drive home which were awesome. We will return.

We got two pizzas, the artichoke dip, and the cinnamon twists. The pizzas and artichoke dip were good. The cinnamon twists unfortunately were not good. It was basically pizza dough and lacked the sweetness and cinnamon that you’d expect from cinnamon twists. Not a fulfilling dessert at all. I would come back for the pizza.

i have had my fair share of vegan pizzas in my life BUT allies vegan has soooo many fun flavors. i got the mushroom and pesto pizza. but there was a pickle and thai pizza that i would love to have tried- among others! we got the garlic twist things from the secret menu and holy heck were they delicious. and they came with TWO sauces! yay!

I’m giving a 3 because maybe my experience would have been different if it was in person. I ordered online and it was a bit of a mess (order wise). I ordered Hawaiian and there was only pineapple on it. I also didn’t receive the sauce included with the cheese bread nor the additional sauce I paid extra for. Overall very disappointing for a delivery order while I was in town for a wedding.
