Today was my first day in Tokyo, and this was the very first restaurant I tried. I was honestly blown away by the place, the food, the prices, and the incredible view.

This bowl with added tofu was only ¥1,900, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning.

Read moreConvenient location and easy ordering by phone. Do not underestimate this place just because it's in a shopping mall. I've only visited once, tried the soup, the tempeh bowl and the sneaky pie. Loved everything.
Forget about salads filled with leaves, forget about watery soups. Here you'll not leave hungry.
The sneaky pie was terrific! Maybe better for sharing, I ate one alone and was almost stuffed. So good though. Caramel, nuts, chocolate (they also sell truffles and handcrafted chocolate bars).
Their dinner options also sound great, but unfortunately they close a bit early so I didn't have a chance to try those (lo 19:30).

Pictures don’t do the food justice but it’s absolutely delicious. You’ll definitely be taking things to go. The Caesar salad is fantastic. The sesame tofu bowl is fantastic and the alligator bar is going to end up in your dreams because it’s like a homemade Snickers made by three ladies in the back taking their sweet time. I will be back here again and again and again. Grateful.

Absolutely ADORED Alchemy! For some reason I thought the portion size would be on the smaller side, as the location is a bit bougie, but boy was I wrong! We ended up with a lot of (delicious) food, but next time, a little less will do😅

The sushi rolls were huge though so somewhat difficult to eat neatly! Loved the cheesecake, definitely had the raw/healthier taste which I enjoyed. 10/10

omg! enjoyed an indulgent vegan feast on their terrace, surrounded by greenery and glass buildings that reflect tokyo tower. taro pancakes, okonomiyaki, sushi, and a snack set with beer. located up a few escalators of the glossy new azabudai complex, it has a sort of celeb vibe... definitely recommend.

Read moreI always appreciate having a dedicated vegan restaurant to dine at, and this space is beautifully designed, with lots of comfy bench seating and a quiet, relaxing ambiance.
On both visits, I didn’t feel rushed at all, and it was nice to see others also taking their time, whether chatting or working.
The menu has plenty of choice, which is great for a fully vegan spot. I enjoyed the tacos (not piping hot, but still tasty), especially the avocado one. The banoffee pie in a jar was nicely presented, though I wasn’t a big fan of the cream. The chai latte smelled amazing, but the handleless mug made it difficult to drink while hot. The hojicha tea was quite mild at first but improved when left to steep. My favourite was definitely the taro pancakes - pretty *and* tasty!
Staff were consistently friendly and kind. They handled a small ordering mistake of mine politely, and I appreciated being able to practice my basic Japanese—they smiled warmly at my “gochisousama.”
Be advised that it’s located on the 4th floor of an upscale mall, and while I was grateful to be seated discreetly in a corner on both occasions, the table design isn’t ideal if you like to stretch your legs out.
Overall, I felt relaxed and well-fed on both occasions and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We came for lunch as we heard good things. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was really nice. We tried their salads and noodle dishes which both were so flavorful and delicious. There were so many things on the menu that looked and sounded so good, but we didn't get a chance to try them. I knocked a star because sadly, we tried 3 desserts and didn't enjoy any of them. They looked amazing, but sadly the flavors and balance were off.

The mall where it's located is definitely more on the posh side. Considering that the prices are quite decent. The quality of the food as well as the taste were amazing, so it feels like it's worth the price either way. I'm so glad I was finally able to try them out. ^^
