Great spot for Japanese - Edit
Loved this spot! Many great options for vegans, including ramen, tofu/veggie rice bowl, Japanese curry, sushi, and a number of apps. Nice ambiance too. Would definitely recommend!

I was in Panama City for 3 days and went there every night. I think that says it all! The ramen are very delicious and this place is pretty fancy.

I first came to Aki 3 years ago. Just went again tonight and was not disappointed. Vegan ramen was very good and vegan roll was delicious! I was stuffed after having those two things. They also have veggie tempura and can also do avocado roll and crispy rice with avocado. Very cool ambience and a place easy to go with any non vegan friends in heart of casco viejo.

Tasty ramen in the heart of the Casco Viejo - Edit
We spent a few days in Panama City and were sad that we found this on our last day. The menu has some clearly labelled vegan items and other (obvious) vegan items. We were really impressed with the lunchtime Buddha bowl that came with a juice for $10. The ramen itself was tasty but not the best you’ll ever have. Good for lunch or late night, definitely recommended.
