Best vegan food I had in Spain - Edit
Very cosy place with super friendly staff and lots of vegan options, including cakes. We loved each meal, although they were different types - a burger, curry, lasagna or tex mex bowl, as well as an apple pie and raw blueberry cake, all fully vegan. Highly recommend to all visitors of Santiago.

Soy cliente habitual y no me canso de ir, pues su carta es amplia y cada vez puedo probar sabores de diferentes partes del mundo. Y además, como mucho y pago poco. Ahora todas sus especialidades son estrictamente veganas, ya que han eliminado por completo los lácteos.
Read moreAunque tienen algunos platos sencillos como unas deliciosas ‘Croquetas veganas’ de dos tipos, un ‘Faláfel’ de sabor casero que te transporta al Mediterráneo oriental (crujiente y jugoso, el mejor que he probado), un par de ensaladas aderezadas de manera original y sorprendente, o unas ‘Patatas gajo’ como no hay otras, lo mejor de su cocina son unas especialidades muy elaboradas que realzan el sabor de los vegetales mediante un sabio uso de las especias, hierbas aromáticas y otros condimentos.
Recomiendo los ‘Pastelitos de berenjena’, delicados, frescos y sabrosos, que sirven acompañados de un delicioso puré de boniato y salsa romesco, un plato que no he visto en ningún otro lugar. Un ‘Curry de verduras con arroz’ al más puro estilo de Madrás, de sabor potente y equilibrado, suavizado por la leche de coco. Un ‘Ramen vegano’ muy bien combinado, compuesto de pak-choi y shiitake al vapor, tempeh marinado y frito, col lombarda fermentada y un excepcional caldo de verduras con algas, todo un placer para los sentidos. Si vas con hambre, la ‘Lasaña de verduras’ es sabrosa y contundente: casi medio kilo de comida en un solo plato. También tienen dos 'Woks' diferentes de verduras con sabores orientales, un ‘Bol tex-mex’ y ‘Quesadillas mexicanas’ (más bien gringas), unos originales ‘Hummus’ de remolacha y de maíz y ‘Burgers veganas’, destacando para mi gusto la de frutos secos.
Pero no quiero dejar de mencionar los postres veganos que elaboran: una cremosa y golosísima ‘Tarta de arándanos’ que supera a las elaboradas con lácteos; y un ‘Brownie’ muy bien logrado que sirven acompañado de helado. También puedes beber una fresca limonada casera y kombucha de varios sabores, y si te va el alcohol, tienen sangría casera y varios tipos de cerveza artesana.
¿Quién dijo que la cocina vegana es aburrida?

Loved this vegetarian restaurant, nearly every option was vegan and it’s very affordable. The selection of pâté with toasted pitta bread was DELICIOUS. Also ordered the texmex bowl and the udon with seitan. For dessert - apple pie, there was also a cheesecake which looked great. The waitress was so pleasant and helpful. I wish I could rate this five stars, absolutely loved it. Not open every day unfortunately.

We had the Greek salad with vegan feta which was fresh and delicious, and the Thai curry with rice which was perfectly seasoned. The lady who I presume is the owner was so friendly and spoke both Spanish and English. Highly recommended! 😃

Read moreon the menu you will find something you like. We had the patatas gajo with two sauces, they were perfectly crispy. We also had the wok de verduras which was well seasoned and tasty as well. The beer Meiga Muiñeira is an artisan local beer that is delicious. Try this place!!

The two different durums were absolutely fantastic. There are a lot of different options, it’s a shame that two of them aren’t vegan, otherwise it’s definitely worth it. Nevertheless, we arrived without reservation and were told that we shouldn’t take too much time to eat, which we didn’t find quite adequate.
