Good tasty sandwich and risotto “steak” dish. Cake was honestly just ok but very solid vegan options all things considered. Tube guac for sure but it came as a side and was t specifically ordered so, whatever.

Read moreI recommend the sancocho (root vegetable stew), black beans, rice, and avocado salad. Everything was tasty and not too greasy. However, the true star was their vegan carrot cake. Lovely texture and flavor (would be better without the too-sweet frosting). Great local food experience overall.

He ido a varios restaurantes o "health store" que tienen supuestas opciones veganas, en este caso, supuestos pancakes🥞 veganos, pero YO SIEMPRE (por experiencia) pregunto sobre qué productos usan, la marca de harina de pancakes/waffle mix y que me logren enseñar los ingredientes para asegurarme y aquí en "A Lo Natural" usaban una marca NO-VEGANA, "Pamela's" que contiene Buttermilk (literalmente lo dice clarito en CONTAINS: MILK).

Se necesita que siempre pregunten por su comida, pida que le enseñen ingredientes y marca del producto. Aquí y en muuuuchos restaurantes nunca saben y no les interesa tener estas informaciones.
Varias veces me han mencionado los empleados que es la PRIMERA vez que alguien les pregunta sobre ingredientes, y eso significa que nadie de ust3des hace preguntas y estamos financiando el abuso animal cuando confiamos en fast-foods & restaurantes y sus empleados que no saben.
Mi review sobre la comida en general:
●Pedí una avena con leche de avena (la hacen al momento) y estuvo muy rica, endulzada con azúcar morena.
●Revoltillo de Tofú con vegetales y frutitas por el lado.
●Jugo de china/naranja exprimido al momento.
⚠️Si quieres pedir pancakes veganos, su harina por default no es vegana, so tienes que pedirles que la hagan con una marca específicamente vegana, por ejemplo la Classic de "Birch Benders", por atrás puedes ver un logo 'vegan'.
⚠️Los panes🥖🍞 que tienen para las tostadas francesas, tampoco tienen info sobre ingredientes, so NO CONFIEMOS que sean veganos.
2 ⭐️⭐️ por la razón de que necesitan mejorar en varias cosas. Pero el desayuno comotal estaba bueno, le daría la 3ra estrella, pero siempre hay espacio para mejorar.😉👍🏼
Pros: La avena estaba muy buena., El hecho de que tienen desayuno vegan., Empleada/os fueron amables, so eso cuenta 😊👍🏼
Cons: Abuso, explotación y asesinato animal.🥺💔😭, El hecho de que NO ES LUGAR 100% VEGAN.
