Purtroppo, no

Apprezzo sempre lo sforzo di mettere un'opzione vegana ma non ci siamo. Hanno una pinsa con verdure, rucola, tofu marinato e "salsa vegana". Ordino e mi dicono che il tofu non c'è, non offrono alternative ma il prezzo resta invariato (12 euro quindi non bruscolini). Prendo lo stesso ingenuamente non chiedendo cosa fosse quella "salsa vegana", che mi sembra intuire da altri commenti che fosse pesto. Apro la scatola take away in spiaggia e scopro che è paté di olive. Io odio il paté di oliva. A questo punto deduco che mettono "salsa vegana" come via libera per mettere qualsiasi cosa abbiano in cucina. Per l'offerta sarebbe stato meglio prendere una focaccia con le verdure nella focacceria a fianco. Avrei pagato la metà e mangiato di più e meglio. Quindi chiedete prima di ordinare per non avere sorprese.

Sehr lecker

Sehr leckere vegane Pinsa mit Tofu und veganer Mayo. Veganer Käse wäre ganz cool gewesen aber war trotzdem super. Der Teig war auch geil, sehr fluffig. Es gab auch sehr leckere Orangen Limonade

Buona la pinsa e molto buona la tapas

Tapas con tofu e hummus molto buona! Anche la pinsa è saporita. Staff molto gentile. Consigliato!

Good pinse!

Had a delicious pinse with tofu and vegan pesto. Nicest vegan food so far in Bonassola, strongly recommend!

Pros: At least 2 vegan options , Good knowledge of vegan food , Nice atmosphere

Only place in Bonassola that I can guarantee serves vegan food! Sara and Niccola who run the place are so sweet and communicative, speak good English and are very modern (compared to the rest of the town.) They want to accommodate tourists and vegan visitors and analyze that theyre maybe the only bonassolan business which does. Niccolas father's is vegetarian and his stepmother is "the first vegan woman of Italy". They know what they're doing and are such lovely people! Ive been here twice now and can't recommend enough!!
