The tofu dishes are limited but the ones that are there are pretty good. We had the lo mein, general tsos, and mo po tofu. We didn’t have to make any substitutions. The wait staff does not really speak much english but are friendly.

For being in the middle of nowhere in Texas, I was grateful for this place.
I was transported back to 1970s Los Angeles. Those Chinese buffets.
My husband is not vegan and reports the food is the same as his childhood memories.
They have several vegetable dishes which do use oyster sauce. However, you can request that the chef omit it.
I had general tso’s tofu. The tofu was cooked perfectly crispy and light on the outside and creamy on the inside. The sauce is a little bit sweet and has a bit of a kick to it. It comes with broccoli which was fresh and crisp.
The restaurant is run by Chinese immigrants.
