800 miles of nothing in central Texas. This may be your best bet. - Edit
***There is a takeout menu you can order from. ***
For being in the middle of nowhere in Texas, I was grateful for this place.
I was transported back to 1970s Los Angeles. Those Chinese buffets.
My husband is not vegan and reports the food is the same as his childhood memories.
They have several vegetable dishes which do use oyster sauce. However, you can request that the chef omit it.
I had general tso’s tofu. The tofu was cooked perfectly crispy and light on the outside and creamy on the inside. The sauce is a little bit sweet and has a bit of a kick to it. It comes with broccoli which was fresh and crisp.
The restaurant is run by Chinese immigrants.

Pros: Large, Friendly , Can customize
