Late night vegan spot - Edit
My husband and I was out late... we didn’t think we would find a vegan place to eat after 11pm. We came across this spot. They had a nice variety of choices, many of which could be prepared gf, vegetarian, or vegan. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Some good options - Edit
We stopped here to get a bite after a concert. We had several shared plates. We got the Guacamole platter, fries, edamame and buffalo cauliflower. Everything was great. The menu is clearly labeled as to what can be made vegan. The bartender also provided all the vegan sauces. There's a mushroom pho and a black bean burger that can be made vegan. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.
