Great desserts and ice cream - Edit
Sadly, as of Oct 2025, they no longer serve lunch. They only have desserts, muffins and ice cream. The matcha Sundae is delicious.

Lovely place for a snack! - Edit
Lovely café with a nice outdoors seating area. Lovely staff. Menu in the daytime was quite limited in regards of food (bagels and a soup), but we didn't mind 🥹🫶🏻 Both the bagel with cream cheese and the affogato was really good 🫰🏻 Don't expect to be crazy full after a visit here though, but would gladly come again ☺️

Lovely vegan cafe but menu is not as advertised on Google - Edit
We came to this place after seeing it advertised on Google. However, the menu has changed, It is still all vegan but they no longer do the Mediterranean salad dishes and lunches as shown on Google and in other reviews on this site. We arrived wanting lunch but they only did bagels (2 types) and a soup of the day. The remainder of the menu was cakes, ice creams and desserts.
Read moreThe bagels (with nut cheese or peanut butter) and soup of the day (beetroot cream) were both delicious.
Staff were helpful and spoke English. We were not the only people who arrived expecting an extensive lunch menu -we saw other people looking confused.
Pros: very nice food, pleasant staff, English menu
Cons: bit tricky to find, disappointed at the small number of lunch options

Great lunch plate - Edit
Got the Ome lunch plate. Delicious! I preferred the tempeh option but you can choose your protein and the carbs out of rice, bagel or salad.

Organic Cafe very near teamLab Borderless - Edit
The location in the same shopping center as teamLab Borderless is great for lunch before or after your Borderless visit. Organic and some gluten-free fare, my lunch of a soup and salad was tasty and healthy.
Read moreJust as an aside, those who complain about it being expensive may not be accustomed to eating vegan food in some of the world's large cities. This is not Stop-N-Shop in Podunktown, this is a vegan restaurant in the largest city in the world. Rant over.

Delicious lunch and tea - Edit
Wow, it was a great experience. I'm glad I ate at this place. The food was very tasty, balanced without too much salt and oil - that's good. They had my favorite blue tea!! Thank you, you have a wonderful cafe. I also really liked the interior, thank you to whoever opened this place and thank you to the staff, you make vegans happier
Read moreOne drawback - food on a schedule. Some dishes are not available throughout the day, this is not a modern approach, but unfortunately this is common in Japan. Review your rules, let's rethink the old approach. Any food on the menu should be available all day, there should be no division into breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is stupid and inconvenient for customers. I want to eat breakfast for dinner, and eat food from dinner for breakfast. The whole world is already giving up on this
Pros: Lunch, Blue tea
Cons: you can't order dishes from the main menu at lunch

Delicious vegan food - Edit
The food here is delicious! I had the plate of the day, which is some of the best enchiladas I have ever had. Stuffed with vegetables and topped with red enchilada sauce and a smooth and creamy white cheese sauce. It was accompanied by a small garden salad and vegetable soup, then finished with the pistachio cake. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautiful. My husband had the vegetable curry and chocolate cake. We’ll be returning soon!

Super tasty - Edit
The food here was delicious. We ordered a set that came with a soup of the day, salad, and enchiladas. Super tasty and lighter food. Most seating is on a patio so it can be a bit warm/sunny. Slightly more upscale restaurant.

I had the cheese and bolognese pasta dish and thought it was delicious. Also liked the „special effect“ lemonade. Service is super sweet and the setting in Azabudai Hills garden beautiful!

Our first meal in Japan - Edit
Lovely meal at 8ablish this evening. Olives, tofu and vegan cheese followed by grilled vegetables. Attentive and helpful staff and a menu in both English and Japanese. Quite difficult to find - Google Maps got us to the mall but it took some time to work out we needed to be on the top floor of Garden Centre A. Glad we persevered.

Really nice service and atmosphere for a sunny day outside lunch but it is expensive (2,400yen for a salad!!) and the food is just ok.

Small portions, high price - Edit
The space itself is pretty nice, and service was good. Unfortunately the portions were small, and the food was a little bland. If you're avoiding salt, this could be good for you. All of that combined with the price we paid resulted in a slightly disappointing experience.

PARLOR 8ablish in Omotesando has closed down, but relocated to the second floor of Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza A, which is just above the Kamiyacho Station.
Read moreI used the outside stairs facing the Sakurada-dori Street to reach there, which was very refreshing.
The restaurant is fairy small and they only have terrace seats, but tents, heaters and blankets are available.
The food menu's changed completely, but you can still buy muffins and cakes as before and I really enjoyed the soy bolognese penne gratin with salad and soup (2640 yen).

I had Thai curry for late lunch, and really enjoyed the taste. The staffs were not attentive. In fact, when I left the restaurant, no one really cared, which I found unusual especially in Japan.

Overpriced small portions - Edit
A tad bit overpriced for their portion sizes, but I liked the taste of their curry. They seem to have a very limited lunch menu with only one savory dish (curry) but they do have a bigger dessert menu.
