I shared the vegan pasta option and a pizza. The pasta had a delicious creamy sauce. The best creamy vegan pasta I've had in a long time. The hazelnuts were really nice too. The vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese was really good too. The base tasted amazing and super authentic. Would return. Great for a special occasion.

8 at Trinity is a top shelf dining experience. The atmosphere feels upper class and the service is very good. I guarantee that no matter what you order there it will blow you away, however there are some options that I think offer better value for money than others. For example, I highly recommend the pizzas, specifically this option: Grilled eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, spinach, tomato, artichoke, mushrooms, olives, garlic, chilli and fior di latte. It is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The starter dish: Grilled avocado salad with hazelnuts, almond cream, pickled baby beetroot, salsa verde & potato crisp is very good, but for $22 it doesn't fill you up as much as a pizza would for similar cost. Definitely also try the hand-cut chips & house ketchup, they are to die for.
