Purely plant-based fine dining restaurant located in the UNESCO mountain reserve at an altitude of 2000 meters in the Italian Dolomites. A unique culinary experience. Offers a 9-Course Tasting Menu. Reservation required at lease 24 hours before the visit. NOTE: From/to Compatsch, the restaurant organizes complimentary transfers by snow vehicles. Arrival transfer at 5:30pm / Departure transfer at 9:30pm. Open Mon-Sat 17:30-21:30. Seasonal Timetable: Restaurant is open mid December - fin March, and mid June - fin September.

We had the privilege of enjoying an unforgettable culinary journey at this restaurant, located inside the Paradiso Pure Living Hotel – a fully vegan hotel. The experience is a nine-course tasting menu inspired by traditional Greek cuisine, reimagined in a truly creative and refined way.

Amazing 9 course vegan feast! - Edit
Truly amazing! Dinner at the Omnia was a phenomenal experience. Each of the nine courses was delicious and exquisitely presented—each one a work of art—accompanied by a story from the chef on what inspired the dish. Vegans and omnivores alike will be astounded. The brioche was a clear highlight. We also ordered the cocktail pairing and the five drinks were also incredible. Definitely a highlight of our stay at Paradiso.
