Many vegan options! - Edit
Delicious vegan waffle with vegan whipped cream topping! Also vegan eggs, vegan sausage & vegan 'chicken' n waffles. Food was excellent, service was fast despite being very busy, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lattes come from a machine and you can't get them dairy free, otherwise no notes.

Vegan breakfast options, yes please! - Edit
My partner and I enjoyed the outdoor seating and the distinctly vegan options on the menu! The flavors were wonderful and the oyster mushroom was so crispy! The staff was also friendly.
Read moreMy vegan waffle was a bit chewy in the middle, and the vegan eggs were a bit bland, but I really appreciate non-vegan restaurants with this many options!

First of all, the fried chicken (oyster mushroom based) in the Chicken and Waffles dish is to die for!

free for my husband to eat. To my surprise, the waitress let us know that the vegan waffles are also gluten free! This was so exciting to hear!!

Great Vegan Breakfast - Edit
They have multiple vegan options for breakfast and lunch. We had the Vegan Classic, black coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The Vegan Classic included a vegan waffle, vegan whipped cream, plant based sausage, plant based scramble eggs and with a side of potatoes. Over very delicious and would highly recommend.

Unexpectedly great! - Edit
I was charging at the EVGo and found out this spot was in the same parking lot. The food was super good. They offer a vegan waffle plate with v sausage and egg, a carnitas (vegan) appetizer, and vegan chicken and waffles. I had the vegan plate and the waffle exceeded expectations. The sausage and (just egg) egg were great too.
