Great Vegan Breakfast - Edit
They have multiple vegan options for breakfast and lunch. We had the Vegan Classic, black coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The Vegan Classic included a vegan waffle, vegan whipped cream, plant based sausage, plant based scramble eggs and with a side of potatoes. Over very delicious and would highly recommend.

Unexpectedly great! - Edit
I was charging at the EVGo and found out this spot was in the same parking lot. The food was super good. They offer a vegan waffle plate with v sausage and egg, a carnitas (vegan) appetizer, and vegan chicken and waffles. I had the vegan plate and the waffle exceeded expectations. The sausage and (just egg) egg were great too.
