Decent Option for Eating at Holiday World - Edit
Located centrally in the 4th of July area, The Alamo offers Tex Mex options. I got the burrito bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo and jalapeños. They had run out of cilantro lime rice which was a shame and when I asked if they still had Impossible meat, I was told they no longer offered it. The staff was friendly and I appreciated that the crew leader emphasized to the cashier to make sure nothing contained meat or dairy. They had a hard time finding the sheets that contained the ingredients for the refried pinto beans so I got the black beans, which were vegan. Overall, the food was good and I expect some of the issues were because I went on the first opening day of the season. Nice to have vegan options, but I would also mention that Holiday World has lovely picnic areas if you decide to bring your own food.

Great vegan burrito bowl! - Edit
I was very impressed with the vegan impossible burrito bowl! I was able to get white rice, black beans, impossible “meat”, corn salsa and Pico de gallo.
