locked doors at dinner time - Edit
Happy Cow wont let me rate lower than 2 stars even if the place doesnt even exist. What a joke. I did my research while travelling from Panama City and was super excited to eat a veggie place in David especially since they claim to not use onion or garlic. I have an intolerance to Alliums. Just like so many other times, I walked all the way to the restaurant to find locked doors and little signage about the state of the place. There was a sign on the door advertising breakfast but I would imagine that an Asian restaurant would do more than breakfast. Anyway don't go here if you want to actually eat food.

Sorry, but i cannot confirm your saying....we are going there once a week since 6 months for breakfast or lunch and i must say is one of the best vegan/vegetarian options in David! Everything is fresh made like buffet; price really cheap (0,75usd/ portion - so for 3usd you get one good compleate dish) and delicious dishes.

Tasty & affordable - Edit
You can choose from the buffet which offers a large variety of veggies, fried items, soy meals and rice and noodles. Every dish / side / item is only 0,75$! So you can eat a huge plate without spending a fortune. ;-)
Read moreI had noodles, broccoli, eggplant and soy chunks; my friend had springrolls, fried veggie balls, slightly sweet cucumber salad, green beans and soy. Everything was fresh and tasty!
Be aware that it's not a fine dining restaurant, more a snack stand and I think it closes after lunch.

Great Vegan/Veg Chinese Food - Edit
We live in the area, and with not many veg restaurants to choose from, eat here about once a month and always come out happy. This is not a luxurious place, but it has a special romance about it and for those of us who love Chinese food, it is unique. There are a few items with eggs, but most everything is vegan, and just saying "Yo no como huevos" will insure you will only be served only items with vegetables/beans/grains.
Read moreYou can get just veggies and rice, but we indulge in the fried food. As it is a buffet, you can point and ask about what you see. We usually have spring rolls, and cabbage balls, sweet potato patties, along with a medley of peppers, tofu, and a cucumber tomato salad. (All for under $4.)
Although open for breakfast, it is really a lunch restaurant, and when most of the items are gone, lunch is over! So best to get there by noon.
DIRECTIONS: If you are on the main square in David with your back to the Church, walk straight and at the end of the park turn right - go one block and turn left. About 6 shops down, the restaurant, with a green front, will be just past the shoe repair shop on your left.
Pros: Vegan Chinese in David!, Friendly, Clean
Cons: No Champagne, No Fortune Cookies, No Pistachio Ice Cream
