The Restaurant moved the location. It's not ther anymore. - Edit
We couldn't go in there... because we didn't find it. It was a paper in the window wo said ther switch the location. It was far away so we did not go ther.

Still open, updated hours - Edit
Finally got to eat here a year after I posted the earlier review. Going up to give stars for flavorful vegan food that was incredible for lie prices and good quantity. Note, though this place won't get high marks for aesthetics, I can't be happier with the friendliness of the hosts.
Read moreIt's cafeteria style where you pick from a dozen or more options, either a full or half serving. I got eight half servings of different items and it was wonderful. A very full plate of food for only four bucks.
Be aware, it closes for the day at three. Get there by lunch for the best experience.
I could not eat because they were closing but they are still operating. Hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM every day. If i get delayed i'll give it a review.
PS: my rating is not based on being able to eat #Veganuary

Pros: Lots of options, Inexpensive, Friendly service
Cons: Entire city is dingy, don't be put off by this, Best to know either Spanish or Taiwanese , Closes early

I was so pleased to find this place!!! Very reasonably priced and everything was vegan apart from one type of patty that had eggs in it. The couple that ran it were so friendly and sweet. Great food

This place is awesome. Nothing fancy, but great food. Vegetarian and Vegan options served cafeteria style. $0.75 per portion. Both of our meals plus drinks were only $7.50.

Simple but worth coming back for - Edit
An absolute 5 stars. Having a (practically vegan) restaurant here is already fantastic, but having it ran by this super sweet old Taiwanese couple makes it all the better. It's a simple buffet style and has bith simple but delicious veggie and carb options and fried side dishes. I have paid for full meals here 3 dollar all the way down to just 1.50 when there was a (big) left over portion already on a plate ( a plantain). Highly recommended, for health, wallet, ethics and a kind serving customer service that is rare with locals.

Cheap, quick & tasty - Edit
The place looks super basic, but don’t be fooled: the food is good. Cafeteria type of place with options such a steamed/roasted veggies, fried spring rolls, chow mein w/veggies, frijoles, patties... all for 0.75/portion!!
