Beautiful restaurant food ok

Beautiful restaurant very nice waiter. A bit too dark to read the menu. Vegan menu offered which was really good to see, plenty of options. Downside was the dishes were way too salty. If you use lovely fresh ingredients then let those flavours show, way way too salty

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Lovely waiter , Beautifully presented

Cons: Took too long between entrees and main course, Too salty , Restaurant too dark had to use light on phone

Best Indian restaurant in Naples, Florida for vegans

Christine and I have been coming to this restaurant for many years whenever we visit. Coming from the UK, we LOVE Indian food. Here they go out of their way to accommodate vegans. For example, they have a dedicated vegan menu which makes it so much easier.

The food is excellent, always fresh, delicious and cooked to order. Make sure you order the Punjabi Dhaal as a side.

As a vegan, you do still need to be alert. We were offered naan which is not vegan; also the poppadums came with dairy yoghurt. That said, the staff are great.

Pros: Great vegan menu, 1st rate service, Excellent vegan options

Cons: Dairy yoghurt brought with our poppdoms, Non-vegan naan offered, Pricey

Delicious food, good sized portions

The staff were friendly. They made it without onions and garlic for us, to accommodate the Jain among us.

Pros: Separate vegan menu. , Ambience was great, Reasonable prices.

Cons: No vegan breads. Only rice was vegan.

Nice restaurant with many vegan options

I recently ate here again and have downgraded my review because the service was terrible. After waiting about a hour for our food (we were unsuccessful in flagging down our waitress during that time) we finally got the attention of our waitress. We mentioned we had an obligation to get to and needed our meals. She said she’d have the kitchen fire them. After an hour? I’m not sure what she was waiting for. The food arrived and we only had time to eat a few bites. Those bites were good, but still left a bad taste in our mouths.

I agree about ordering up on the spice level here. The food was good however. I really appreciate having more than one vegan option on the menu. The decor of the restaurant is nice and the service was good as well. I’d eat here again for sure.

Best Indian food I’ve ever had

Every single thing I tried at 21 Spices blew me away. They have a separate vegan menu (ask for it) with appetizers, entrees, sides, and salads. Really good cocktails and huge wine list as well. We got the vegetable samosas, aloo chaat, aloo gobhi, and vegetable tikka masala. This is a must visit if you’re in Naples and like Indian food.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Attentive and knowledgeable staff, Absolutely delicious

For starters they have an all vegan menu, their staff is very knowledgeable and their sauces are marvelous. Can't go wrong with Indian food!

Beautiful flavors, fresh and unique

While visiting the area, I had spotted this restaurant when it opened about four years ago, but was unable to convince my husband to go until now. Went there for a “date night” and we both really enjoyed our experience. This restaurant accommodated both of our dietary choices (vegan menu with many options for me, non-vegan menu for him). Also, the spice level can be adjusted for every dish (I like mild but flavorful, he likes spicy). The restaurant has a more upscale atmosphere but still comfortably casual dining. We shared the Tomato Dhania Soup, which had amazing flavors. He enjoyed the butter chicken (medium/spicy) while I thought the Green Bean Vindaloo (mild) was perfect for my taste. Normally I find my local Indian restaurants serve food that tends to be quite oily. However, neither the soup nor my dish seemed oily at all, which allowed me to fully taste the ingredients and spices instead of the oil. We didn’t plan to have dessert but everything was so good, we wanted to try more. Our server said the sorbet trio is vegan and they have someone there who makes it. All 3 flavors were creamy and fresh tasting. I loved that they didn’t taste like they were loaded with sugar but rather they were just sweet enough. The tea selection was really unique. I tried the French Blue Lavender tea with my dessert and was so glad I did. Service and food quality was excellent. Pricey, but appropriate for the quality and typical for the area.

My favorite restaurant is now playing ball

I had been a vegetarian for 47 years, on a Hindu diet with dairy products in moderation. The moderation has been allowing myself parmesan cheese on pasta and cream sauce for some Indian dishes. My husband and I have been reluctant to eat out much because we are trying to go Vegan. We took friends out to 21 Spices, and WOW, now there is a vegan menu. We had vegan Tikki Masala, Aloo Gobi, and Spinach and potato. All fabulous. They also have a vegan dahl, plain rice, and poppadums with two vegan sauces for their starter. The waitress did offer us vegan menus, but she clearly mentioned that we were missing out because we were not getting the special. (She needs some education.) On this visit, only the poppadums were deficient, they were burnt. Every other time we have been there they have been good and my husband was disappointed because they are his favorite reason for eating at 21 Spices. If you come early and sit on the patio/bar area, they have lower priced drinks and some interesting bar food including Chat. The portions are generous. We often come with 3 people and order 2 entrees. We came with 5 people on this latest trip and had leftovers. The tab for 5 with no drinks except 1 bottle of Pelegrino was $114 plus a $20 tip. Not bad for truly freshly made cuisine.

Pros: Gorgeous surroundings, Truly made to order food, Spice level is adjustable

Cons: Inconsistent poppadums, Very expensive wine except early, on the patio

Ask for vegan menu!

Upscale Indian cuisine the caters towards a milder palette. Beautiful decor and attentive waitstaff. Ask for the vegan menu and there are lots of options. I tried the vegetable samosas and the vegetable biryani and both were delicious. Portion size is small and the prices are a bit higher than you'd expect, but overall a good experience. Order up on spiciness, I ordered medium and it was really mild.

Pros: Vegan menu, Beautiful decor

Cons: Expensive , Small potions

Great Vegan No Oil!

Entering into 21 Spices you are first struck with the heart decor. Ask for the vegan menu and you will be taken to your table. Our waiter Zoran, was knowledgeable and attentive and even had the papadam baked and not fried! Your dishes can be customized to accommodate your spice tolerance. We are huge fans of Indian cuisine and after living in Europe, finding authentic Indian has been a challenge. 21 Spice hit the mark. Great experience. I will add that I have been here twice before and there have been huge changes for the better and we will return again soon. Ask for Zoran!

Vegan menu 5 stars.

I appreciate that they have a vegan menu with nice options. Informed staff, very nice atmosphere. would be a nice place for a special occasion. I had appetizer and dinner. The appetizer was large and appropriate for 2. Dinner of tika masala was excellent with lots of vegetables. Rice was nice and light. Highly recommend.

Pros: lots of vegan options. separate vegan menu, enough for 2 meals.

Cons: Expensive, but not for the area. well worth it
