Best restaurant in Pataya - Edit
Me and my friend went to Pataya, then stuck in problem of Thai food and Thai masalas and unpleasant smell, then we found amazing restaurant 21 Bhogh- THE BEST RESTAURANT, it's in moderate budget. The owner of the restro Narender (like my bro) is a very nice and humble person. He gaves us many choices of places to visit, how to go there - so you will get a free Thai Guide😉:) It was an very nice movement that I can't forget throughout my life.... Just want to say go once there and have the taste of masala chay and best Pure veg food - You have ever had...And at last I think this rating is less for this restaurant...

Tasty food - Edit
We visited Bangkok last week and visited this amazing restaurant. We were tired of searching Indian food there and then someone suggested this place there. This was just a few km away from our hotel so we were OK visiting this place.. We first ordered masala Chai and it was great. Then we thought of giving dal bati churma a try. I know it sounds weird but yes, we did so. And to our surprise, it was really very tasty. For once we thought we are having food in India. The taste was so authentic and everything was cooked perfectly. A huge like to the place

They offer 5 different Thalis priced 121b / 200b / 210b / 221b / 521b
I tried the 210b Punjabi Thali. For 89 baht less the 121b Plain Thali is the same except it is missing the potato dish and has no gulab jamun.
Punjabi Thali 210b > Gulab Jamun, very good and not overly sweet - Poppadum, nicely spiced, crispy - 2 Buttered Roti, soft style – Basmati Rice, average taste, small portion – Achar, I am not a fan so no review on how it might have tasted – Salad, usually onion, chili & lime, they kindly replaced it with fresh tomato, carrot & lime – Dal, great taste, thick, medium sized portion - Potato Dish, very good flavor but slightly overcooked making the potatoes soft and mushy, medium sized – Mixed Veggie, carrot, potato, green bean and cauliflower all fresh not from frozen like some places, medium sized, delicious taste but again overcooked.
When I told the manager he told me that they boil the vegetables. The drawback to boiling is that they lose their crunch and lose nutrients. The asset of boiling is that they are not fried in unhealthy oils that many places use. My preference is having vegetables fried in healthy oils such as coconut oil or olive oil or ghee. That way it locks in the nutrients and keeps them slightly crunchy.
Lassi 110b > very yummy if you enjoy rose flavored lassi with a generous portion of dried fruits and cashews mixed in – thick – (highest price I have ever seen for a lassi in Pattaya and it was just a medium sized glass)
Nice touch was that after the meal I was offered candy covered caraway seeds as a breath freshener and digestive aid.
