5-Star Experience in New Bremen, Ohio

New Bremen, Ohio, is located on the Ohio-Indiana border. It has a population of maybe 3,000. A visitor can drive through the town in minutes.
And yet it had this oasis of a restaurant with gourmet, upscale options including tofu as a protein add-on.
We enjoyed the blueberry-walnut salad, with the feta cheese removed.
For our entree we had the Vegan Taco Bowl with avocados, black beans, cauliflower-walnut crumbles and more.
Everything was delicious and beautifully plated.
At one point, a member of management approached our table respectfully asking if we consumed honey. We do. She offered a lime-vinaigrette that had a touch of honey in it. It didn't necessarily come with the taco bowl, but she suggested it as a finished taste. She also shared with us that a member of the kitchen staff was vegan.

Pros: Tofu is available as an add-on, Delicious, fresh food, Excellent service
