unprofessional

I walked 40 min from where I was staying to eat at what might actually be the only 100% vegan cafe in Cork, Ireland then had to wait an additional 48min for my food while watching 3 other groups of people who arrived either just before me or after me eat and finish their food. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and I'll never come her e again

Pros: It's Vegan

Cons: Both times I've ordered here my food has been way

Hi James,
In response to your comment, and as we explained to you in the cafe and on Facebook , it was unfortunate that you happened to arrive immediately after 4 other groups of people. As you know, all meals are prepared individually to order and hence the delay of 35 minutes. Regarding our professionalism, the staff had informed you of a slight delay with the food but you were happy to check your emails and had assured us multiple times that you were happy to wait. We also insisted your lunch and drink were complementary. I'm surprised it took you until your third visit last week to review us but I trust you were satisfied on those occasions with the overall experience. Once again, we apologise for the delay.

The cafe is on the 205 and 221 bus routes.
