    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in bowl and add squeeze of lemon. Salt to taste.
    This relish develops complexity in flavor with age. Try making it the day before use to let it marinate overnight.

    Ingredients

    2 cup grated zucchini
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    1 cup chopped bell peppers
    2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon liquid coconut nectar
    1 tablespoon celery seed
    1 tablespoon mustard seed
    1 tablespoon turmeric
    squeeze of lemon
    sea salt to taste
