Winter Apple and Oat

Ingredients

2 small apples
5 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup (100g) oats
1 tablespoon raisins
pinch cinnamon
Optional brown sugar

Instructions

Chop apples into small squares, place into a bowl.

All of the other ingredients, stir, and microwave for 3 minutes.

The apples will become slightly gooey, so with sugar it becomes a breakfast reminiscent of apple pie. Without sugar it's just as good.

Option to add sugar, chopped nuts, or other fruit.
