    Preheat oven to 200 degrees
    Create "Smokey Mix":
    Mix liquid smoke, smoked paprika, worcester or soy sauce, golden syrup & garlic oil. Add a sprinkle of salt
    - Cut off the top of the aubergine & throw away
    - Slice aubergine
    - Place onto tray with greaseproof baking paper
    - Brush "Smokey Mix" onto the aubergine
    - Flip over and brush other side of aubergine
    - Leave in oven for approx. 15/20 mins until crispy
    - Serve on bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo


    - 1 or 2 Aubergines
    - Liquid Smoke (1 tablespoon)
    - Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
    - Vegan Worcester Sauce or Soy Sauce (1/4 teapsoon)
    - Golden/Maple syrup (1 teapsoon)
    - Garlic oil (2 tablespoon)
    - Bread
    - Lettuce
    - Mayonnaise (Dairy Free)
    - Tomatoes
    - Salt
