Tomato Salsa

Tomato Salsa


950 gram (2 pound) tomatoes, preferably little cherry, or vine ripened
1/2 lemon, juice
1 small-medium onion finely chopped
1 handful freshly chopped coriander leaves
3 hot green chillies, less if you prefer it milder


Place all ingredients in a food processor using blade attachment, and mix for a few seconds. Voila. Enjoy with corn chips or as a dressing over food.
