Tofu Scramble

    Put the tofu in a wok or frying pan on a low heat and begin mashing with a fork. Increase the heat to medium while stirring.
    Add in garlic powder, salt, pepper and stir.
    Next add nutritional yeast and turmeric and stir until blended through.
    Add Scallions and cherry tomatoes and stir intermittently until cooked. Add some Kala Namak if you prefer a deeper egg flavor.
    Serve and enjoy.


    700 gram fresh tofu
    2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    Pinch of salt and black pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    2 scallions, chopped
    8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
    Pinch of Kala Namak (black salt) for egg taste (optional)
