The 5-Minute Bean Dip

Ingredients

3 cups cooked beans, adzuki or garbanzo
1 small onion
3-4 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
2 1/2 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

You can ready cooked beans from a can, or cook your own from home. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately. Will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
