1 tomato, seeded and diced
1 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh mint, minced
3 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
3 teaspoon olive oil
pinch of sea salt, to taste


In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and toss well. Tabouli will keep for 3 days in a sealed container stored in the refrigerator.
