    Spoon out the avocado flesh carefully with a small spoon. Leave a small amount around the edge (see above).
    Mash the removed avocado flesh. Gently combine with carrot, lemon or lime juice, and black pepper.
    Stuff the mixture back into the avocado halves. Enjoy.

    Ingredients

    2 ripe avocados
    1 carrot, grated
    dash of lemon or lime juice
    sprinkle of cracked black pepper
