Sriracha Tofu

    Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 220 C degrees.
    Cut tofu into roughly 1cm square cubes, and place these in a bowl.
    Pour the soy sauce, olive oil, and sriracha over tofu. Gently mix.
    Line a baking tray. Place each cube of tofu on tray.
    Put excess sauce to the side to be used later.
    Bake for 10 minutes then take them out and flip each cube over.
    Drizzle the remainder of the sauce over the tofu.
    Bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside.

    Ingredients

    1 block firm tofu
    2 tablespoon light soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
