    Instructions

    Put all the ingredients (except maple syrup) in a non-stick pot and mix well. Cook over stovetop from low to medium heat.
    Stir continuously to prevent sticking. It will take about 5 minutes to cook.
    Serve in a bowl. Add maple syrup according to taste and garnish with your favorite fruits or nuts.

    1/2 cup organic rolled oats
    2 tablespoon sprouted ragi flour
    1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
    3 cups almond milk
    Maple syrup, to taste
