2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
sriracha chili sauce
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (coconut syrup, maple syrup, agave)
1/2 lemon's juice
vegetables of choice, fresh or frozen
1 garlic glove, chopped
Stir fry vegetables on a pan with a little bit of water, no oil. Add black pepper and garlic.
Add soy sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, lemon juice, sweetener, a bit more water, and stir.
Reduce heat, and mix in the noodles; if the sauce is too thick, add water.
Remove from stove top and serve.
