    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    In a large mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
    Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well with a fork, then knead for 2 minutes. Form into a sausage (6 to 8 inches long), wrap tightly in lightly oiled tinfoil, twisting ends.
    Bake for 90 minutes. When finished baking, unwrap and leave out to cool all the way.
    Slice the sausage for use in sandwiches, or with a salad, or for snacking.

    Dry Ingredients
    1 cup vital wheat gluten
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1-2 teaspoon pepper

    Wet Ingredients
    3/4 cup water
    4 tablepoon tomato paste
    2 tablepoon tamarind sauce (tamarina)
    2 tablepoon extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablepoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce or Piri Piri or any spicy
    sauce you have
    1 clove crushed garlic
