    Instructions

    Trim the ends of the carrots and chop into quarters.
    Peel and chop beetroot into quarters.
    Core apple and chop into quarters.
    Place all ingredients into food processor, and blend until the mixture resembles a roughly grated consistency.

    Ingredients

    3 carrots
    1 small beetroot
    1 pink lady apple, cored and quartered
    juice of half a lemon
    2 teaspoon liquid coconut oil or another oil
