    Instructions

    Set oven to 190C for preheating.
    Grease baking sheet.
    Use warm water with EnerG egg replacer. Blend until froth & smooth.
    Mix dry and wet ingredients together in a big bowl.
    Add mixture in blobs onto baking sheet.
    Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Ingredients

    Dry ingredients
    1.25 cup brown rice flour
    0.5 cup finely chopped nuts
    1.25 cup oat flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    0.5 cup sugar (granulated)
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup chocolate chips

    Wet ingredients:
    4 teaspoon EnerG egg replacer
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    7 tablespoon warm water
    2/3 cup coconut oil (or other oil)
