Mousse au Chocolat

Ingredients

2 package silken tofu
2 cup (100gram) powdered sugar
2.5 bars of dark vegan chocolate

Instructions

Place tofu and sugar in a blender or mixer, and blend until you get a smooth cream.

Break chocolate into small pieces and put in a bowl to melt in a bain-marie.

Add the melted chocolate to the creamy tofu, and blend thoroughly.

Fill content in a serving box, and let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serve as is, with vegan cream or fresh fruit.
