Linguine with Mushroom, Green Onion, Tomato

    Instructions

    Cook linguine according to package instruction. Drain, and set aside.
    Heat oil in frying pan on high.
    Chop mushrooms and onions, place in pan. Add seasoning and spices, and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add wine and tomato, and let simmer 2 minutes.
    Mix corn starch with water, and pour into pan. Let simmer 1 minute or until content starts to thicken.
    Serve over linguine.

    Ingredients

    1 pound linguine
    4 ounce mushroom
    3 green onion
    1 tomato
    1/3 cup white wine
    1 1/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon corn starch
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon black peper
    1 teaspoon parsley
    2 tabelspoon oil
    pinch of salt to taste
