    Preheat oven at 180F degrees for 15 minutes.
    In a mixing bowl combine well the dry ingredients.
    Then add the liquid ingredients, and mix it until you have a soft consistency.
    Pour content into a baking pan, and bake for 20 minutes.
    This cake delivers a good mixture of spice, sour and sweet taste.


    2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup plant milk
    1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 pinch rosemary
    3 pinch lemon zest
