    Instructions

    Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. In a second bowl combine salad ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over salad.

    Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tablespoon olive oil
    3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper

    Salad:
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 medium cucumber, seeded and sliced
    1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, finely sliced

      Wonderful! It will probably be even tastier in the summer when you can use the freshest basil.
