Kale and Bean Salad
Ingredients
4 curly kale leaves, torn apart1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup mix of raw or toasted seeds (sunflower, sesame, hemp, etc.)
4 asparagus spears, cut longwise
1/2 cup cooked red kidney beans
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, and toss. Serve immediately or chill for later.
