Granola with Nuts and Seeds


2 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
½ cup pistachio nuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup macadamia nuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup melted vegetarian margarine or oil
½ cup sweetener of choice
½ cup brown raw sugar


Use un-salted nuts.

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together and pour evenly into a roasting pan.

Bake at 200F degrees for 3 ½ hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove granola immediately and place into a container.

Variation: Reduce sweetener as desired; or use other kinds of nuts and seeds.
