    Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170° C.
    Mash the bananas and then combine with the other wet ingredients.
    Add in the dry ingredients and make sure everything is well combined.
    Place in a greased tin and put in the oven for 30 minutes, then turn the oven off and leave for another 10 minutes. When you take it out, a toothpick should come out clean when you poke it in. If not, put into the oven for another few minutes.
    Let cool, serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    130 gram oat flour
    50 gram regular flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    3 bananas, very ripe
    Pinch of cinnamon and salt
    Chocolate chips, to taste
    1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax, 3 tablespoon water)
    Oil
