Israeli Couscous Salad

Ingredients

Israeli cous cous
400 ml can of corn, drained
3 medium size vine riped tomatoes, cubed
400 ml can of mixed legumes, drained
olive oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook the Israeli cous cous and set aside to cool down.

In a frying pan cook the legumes with a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine all ingredients together, and serve.
