Falafels
Ingredients
16 ounce or 2 cans cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon salt
3 dashes Tabasco or chili sauce
cooking oil
Instructions
Grind all falafel ingredients in a food processor until mixture is a course meal and holds together when formed in balls.
Add more flour if too watery. Deep fry falafel balls in oil.
