Easy Peasy Macaroni Salad

    Cook the macaroni per instructions.
    In the meantime, dice the onion and prep the peas, if using fresh. Throw everything into a bowl.
    When macaroni is done, drain and rinse with cold water. Add to bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Let sit for a couple hours for maximum taste. Serve and enjoy.


    1 package macaroni, or noodle of choice
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
    1 can sliced black olives
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    2 tablespoon vegan mayo
    Salt, to taste
    2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 teaspoon tarragon
    2 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Serving Size

    4 to 6
