    Instructions

    Remove green from flowers.
    Pour boiling water over the petals and let it steep for 2 hours.
    Strain through a cheese cloth.
    Mix ingredients and dandelion into a large pot and bring to a boil.
    Fill hot half-pint jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
    Let cool and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    5 cup dandelion flowers
    4 cup water
    4 cups sugar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    5 tablespoon pectin

    Serving Size

    4-5 jars
